These meatballs. Do not sleep on fontina.
BAKING
I made Nanaimo bars for the first time and they turned out great. I used vanilla Jello pudding mix instead of custard powder and I think that made them turn out better. Forgive me if that’s sacrilegious to say. Also I thought they looked so intimidating to make, but they were ridiculously easy and I’ll definitely be making them again.
COOKING
This maple tiramisu was really good, but not as airy as I’d have liked it to be.
CRAVING
The greatest breakfast sandwich in this entire city exists at Kora in Sunnyside.
EATING
This ricotta pesto tomato jam dip is my absolute favourite dip of all time. Perfect every single time you make it.
