Spring Sundays Vol. 1
The first issue of Spring Sundays!
Look, I can’t shut up about what I do each week. It’s an illness and I’m not sorry. There are so many things to love about this time of year and I vow to enjoy it as much as possible. Welcome to Spring Sundays!
BAKING
I made an espresso chocolate chip coffee cake that was perfect. Mini chocolate chips are so much superior to the regular sized ones and I’ll never know why that is.
COOKING
I made these pepperoni pizza egg cups and they were killer. I can’t wait to do them again. Also this mini egg chocolate bark is the easiest thing in the world to make and perfect for a loot bag. (BRING BACK LOOT BAGS.)
CRAVING
Thinking I might need to get the key lime cruller from Daily Provisions this week.
EATING
Ina Garten’s banana crunch muffins. Yes they’re as good as you’d expect. The woman doesn’t miss. So excited to hear that she’s got a new cookbook coming out.
FREEZING
Making this carrot cake ice cream (that you don’t need an ice cream machine for) immediately.
EXPERIENCING
My birthday and it was exactly what I wanted. I love it when that happens.
HATING
The robot umps are starting this week in baseball and I’m livid about it. It’s crazy to me that more people aren’t upset about this.
LISTENING
Why can’t I stop listening to this song on repeat.
LOVING
Saratoga Springs seltzer is my favourite of all the seltzers out there. The cobalt blue packaging just makes it taste better.
SHOPPING
I forgot about these Pacifica brightening pads I bought months ago, so I tried them and they seem pretty great? I guess I’ll be able to see more of a difference as I use them more, but so far so good.
WATCHING
Here’s the thing, Love Story is not done well. But I love seeing things set in the 90s, so you can see my dilemma.
WEARING
Miracle by Lancome. I’ve been missing it so much these past few months when I’ve been away, so I’m wearing it every day now. Absolutely nothing better than a 2000-era perfume.

You are a ONE OF A KIND CHILD.
Loved always.
